Practice Policies
- Be on time and prepared to swim!
- Swimmers will swim in the practice for their age group unless permission to participate in a different practice has been granted by the coach and swim team committee.
- We will have practice in a light rain but not when thunder or lightning are in the area.
- Practice cancellations are first posted on our team Facebook page and then a notice is sent by email.
